Molly's Story

Molly’s strives to support female creatives in both theatre and film. Experienced in acting, producing and writing, Molly has worked across various productions, including the opening show for Sydney’s queer theatre space, Qtopia. Currently Molly is in pre-production for a short film collaborating with a rural filmmaker and also developing her own feature film.

A QUT Alumni and multi-disciplinary creative, Molly was born and raised in Brisbane. Her passion for storytelling was ignited during her two years in the Queensland Theatre Youth Ensemble, where she was awarded a scholarship in 2020. That same year, she won first place in the Shake & Stir State Shakespeare competition. 

After graduating, Molly relocated to Tasmania and immediately began building her professional credits and networks. Securing a role in the National Tour of Past the Shallows with ATYP and Archipelago Productions directed by Ben Winspear. She went on to collaborate with AACTA award winning writer Belinda Bradley on ATYP’s Fresh Ink Festival in Hobart.

Now located in Sydney, Molly is working with influential women on projects, refining her script writing skills and auditioning for upcoming roles.

Now located in Sydney, Molly is refining her script writing skills and auditioning for upcoming roles.
